Guardian is an application that you need to download to your phone. You link your bank and credit card accounts to the app so it can start analyzing your purchases automatically to see what kind of write-offs you might be eligible for.
When you sign up for Keeper, you are asked a series of questions before you can proceed to the next screen. For example, it asks if you are self-employed, employed, or a business owner. It also asks if you use your vehicle or travel for work.
How much does Keeper cost?
There’s a seven-day free trial with Keeper. Once that ends, here are your pricing options:

Tax Pro Help

Keeper provides audit protection, which means its team of tax assistants will help put together all the necessary documents to send to the IRS. They will also give you access to their accountants and tax experts who can answer your questions.
Keeper offers charge-off detection, which scans your credit card and bank accounts and alerts you if there’s anything you can charge off. Keeper reviews up to 18 months of transactions to automatically show you tax breaks you may have missed. Then all deductions are filed and automatically added to your tax return. The keeper also checks the deductions to make sure they won’t set off any red flags.
There are a few steps you need to take before you can use this feature, including telling Keeper what kind of work you’re doing. Next, you need to link your accounts to Keeper so it can start verifying.
Tax bill forecast
No one likes to feel surprised by a huge tax billthat’s why Keeper gives you estimates throughout the year on how much you’re likely to owe or lets you know how much you’ll need to pay back.
