‘Avatar: The Way of the Water’ Releases Another Visually Stunning Trailer

Another visually impressive trailer has been released for Avatar: The Way of the Watersequel to James Cameron’s 2009 epic.

With a report $250 million budget, Avatar 2 is one of the most expensive movies of all time, and that money can be seen in footage released on Monday. Check out the big-screen-worthy trailer below.

The trailer opens with Na’vi flying above winged creatures, then shows big vistas of the resort-worthy aquatic world. We then see robotic intruders seemingly walking the shores of the Na’vi, as well as sweet moments of Sully’s extended family playing together.

Avatar 2 “takes place more than a decade after the events of the first film” and “tells the story of the Sully family, the problems that follow them, the efforts they make to protect themselves, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure,” according to the description of the 20th century studios.

The new trailer doesn’t reveal much more about the plot, but we do get a good look at Sam Worthington’s Jake Sully, a former human who left his body to permanently become one of the blue Na’vi aliens. in the original blockbuster. .

The sequel also brings back Zoe Saldana and Sigourney Weaver (in a different role), and adds Kate Winslet among others.
