A TV insider said: “Viewers will see a very different side to Prue in the program as she is a strong supporter of assisted dying.

“On the other hand, his son Danny opposes the idea, saying it is risky because it opens the door to abuse and exploitation.

“That way the conversations they’re likely to have on their travels will be interesting to watch.”

Both will be food for thought in the United States and Canada, where more than a quarter of the population now have the option of choosing medically assisted death – and have done so since 2016.

But there are still people in both countries who strongly oppose this decision and it remains a controversial topic.

ONE of TV’s toughest jobs has to be servicing the bedsteads at Bridgerton.

And Adjoa Andoh, who plays Lady Danbury, says those mattresses will be working overtime in the Netflix hit’s third series next year.

She said, “More fabulous stories, outfits, locations, and more fabulous sex, of course.” People who love it will continue to love it and those who aren’t sure might be really intrigued. This series is special.
