What are the conditions for applying?

- Be a current U.S. citizen or permanent resident eligible to work in the United States
- Have an enthusiasm for teaching reading and/or math to K-8 students
- Own your own computer, have a stable internet connection with a webcam and microphone, and be comfortable using technology
- Have either a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of teaching/tutoring experience OR have more than 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience without a bachelor’s degree
