Four ‘torture’ sites found in Kherson after Russia pulls out: prosecutors

Kyiv: Ukraine said on Monday he had identified four locations in the southern city of Kherson that Russian forces used to torture detainees before Moscow withdrew its troops from the city earlier this month.
The Desk The attorney general said in a statement that officials had found and inspected “four premises” where Russian troops were “illegally detaining people and brutally torturing them.”
