A short article has just been published on 2 Journal of Free Speech Act 17 (2022), as part of the symposium “Non-governmental restrictions on freedom of expression”; the abstract:
In this piece, I contrast the societal conditions in which free speech can flourish with those in which it is threatened by private censors. I therefore propose measures that would protect freedom of expression in these latter conditions, conditions which unfortunately prevail today.
