The United Nations organizes meetings to discuss how to preserve and promote ancient cultures around the world.

From falconry to Zambian dancing, from truffle hunting to Singapore hawker carts, traditions are being considered for inclusion on the Intangible Cultural Heritage list.

So how can he ensure the survival of these practices for generations to come?
