SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said the country should be ready to carry out nuclear attacks at any time to deter war, accusing the United States and South Korea of expanding military drills joint ventures involving US nuclear assets, state media KCNA said Monday. .
Kim’s remarks came as the isolated country conducted what KCNA called nuclear tactical drills meant to send strong warnings against allies.
