The 25 best family board games (2022): Cascadia, Labyrinth and more
It’s good to take a break from screens once in a while. The great outdoors have a lot to offer, but there are times when you get stuck indoors for one reason or another. Board games are a fun way to gather everyone around the table for a group escape.
My family has been having board game night most weeks for a few years now, and we’ve discovered some great games. These are our favourites, selected with the help of my two children, ages 10 and 13. We haven’t included the classic board games you probably know (or own), like Clue, Monopoly, Connect 4, Scrabble, Operation, Chutes. and Scales, Battleship, Jenga, Guess Who, Pictionary, and Risk.
