Tucker Carlson just got hammered by the White House
The White House has issued a rare public rebuke of Tucker Carlson and his bogus effort to rewrite the history of the 1/6 attack.
White House Spokesperson Andy Bates said, “We agree with the Capitol Police Chief and the broad spectrum of bipartisan lawmakers who have condemned this misrepresentation of the unprecedented and violent attack on our Constitution and the rule of law – which has cost lives. to police officers. We also agree with what Fox News’ own lawyers and executives have now repeatedly pointed out in multiple courts: that Tucker Carlson is not credible.

It’s not Donald Trump who complains about journalists who don’t flatter him enough or dismiss facts as fake news. The Biden administration, like all non-Trump administrations, avoided directly questioning the credibility of the media, but what Tucker Carlson did with the help of President McCarthy crossed a serious line.
Carlson poured gasoline on what was already a growing domestic terrorist threat of political violence. He attempts to replace history with lies and propaganda. Carlson’s efforts backfired on everyone involved.
Never in Fox News history have they been criticized by Republicans and Democrats.
Tucker Carlson’s behavior is not a partisan issue.
The White House call on Carlson should only add more pressure to what is becoming a cracking Fox News foundation.
