Will four trumpeter brothers bring harmony to the broken election of 2020?

Four brothers from Utah play the trumpet together. They also have a Supreme Court case that has caught the eye.

The case involving the Brunson brothers of Utah attracts attention. These brothers filed their lawsuit and it is currently before the United States Supreme Court. They claim that the actions of American politicians to ignore the demands and arguments of the people to investigate the 2020 election have fallen on deaf ears. But the brothers argue that these politicians had a constitutional duty to investigate.

According their websitethis case started after the corrupt 2020 election:

Loy, Raland, Deron and Gaynor Brunson (the brothers) witnessed the 2020 election as well as claims by members of Congress that the election was rigged. What caught their attention was when the proposal to investigate these allegations was presented to Congress and put to a vote. What came as a shock to the four brothers was when they discovered that 387 members of Congress as well as Vice President Mike Pence had in fact voted against the proposed inquiry, thus thwarting the investigation. Whether the election was rigged or not was no longer their main concern. What has now become the concern is when these members of Congress violated their oath by voting to thwart the investigation.

The brothers wanted to do something about it. Their brother Deron had a lot of experience in the legal field, which started when he started suing banks in an attempt to show corruption in that part of the financial world, so he had enough knowledge to sue in justice against the now current 385 members of Congress with Vice President Mike Pence, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. He already had experience with the SCOTUS presenting them with two petitions, both of which were denied, but that experience gave him enough success along the way to give him the confidence that maybe, just maybe, he maybe could do something about it. investigation foiled.

Their brother Gaynor was very busy with his audio/video television business (Rock Canyon Studios) so Deron got together with his two other brothers to plan the strategy. They decided that their older brother Loy would be the name on the lawsuit, which is called a “complaint” and because he would be on the complaint, the Court would name him as the plaintiff. The 388 people sued will now be called the defendants. Loy filed the lawsuit, which was ultimately blocked in federal court, so they got together and decided that their brother Raland would file an identical lawsuit with his name on it, in Utah’s 2nd District Court. While Loy’s lawsuit continued to be held hostage by the Federal Court, Raland’s lawsuit eventually went to the SCOTUS.

The case received more attention after reaching the Supreme Court. He has now received a case number 22-380 with the court.

As this effort progressed, the brothers were to serve the 388 defendants in the case. It took a lot of work and paper.

The brothers’ timeline shows that in late September, the Supreme Court received their petition. The brothers then received two calls from a Supreme Court clerk requesting additional information. The petition was then registered at the end of October.

On November 23, the Solicitor General for the United States Department of Justice replaced US prosecutors on the case.

Over the next week, we should hear more about the Trumpet Brother case and the Supreme Court’s response.
